ELECTRIC FRANKENSTEIN est un groupe du New Jersey qu'on qualifierait de rock'n'roll high energy, une sorte de monstre punk raffistolé avec l'aggressivité et le sens du riff de ACDC, l'horreur des MISFITS? puis la provoc et la mélodie des DEAD BOYS. "Listen Up Baby" était à la base un EP, puis un excellent split avec THE HOOKERS, et enfin un album avec des chansons inédites ou tirées d'un split en bonus sorti sur TKO Média.
J'adore ELECTRIC FRANKENSTEIN mais le problème c'est qu'ils sont capable du meilleur comme du pire. Cet album est mon préféré, le plus percutant et bon sur la longueur.
